SETUP

TEARDOWN

Friday, November 3, 2017 | 9 am to 4 pm

Saturday, November 4, 2016 | after 6 pm

Artists must keep booths fully set up until the close of the show at 6 pm Saturday. Artists needing additional hours for pack up must make arrangements with the Ad Club in advance.

HOTELS
We have made arrangements for discounted rooms at the:
Heritage Inn, 406.761.1900.
Just ask for the Ad Club/Colors of Fall rate.

RULES AND INFORMATION
The Ad Club will charges booth rental fees. Fee schedule is listed on Booth Info page.
• Electricity will be available in all booths.
• All booths will have professional spot lights installed on the panels.
• Chairs and tables will not be provided.
• Booths must be manned at all times.
• WiFi is available at the hotel but be aware of its limitations/demands.
• Booth reservations are done on a first come, first served basis.
• Payment in full for booth rental must be received by the Ad club no later than September 1, 2015.
